This could include: a half an IsaLean bar, 1 boiled egg, 6 almonds, a piece of fruit such as an apple, pear, orange or berries (steer clear of bananas and tropical fruits in your first 30 days), 100 calorie tub of natural yoghurt, a vegetable sushi roll, a green smoothie, salad or vegetables.
Say Goodbye To Coffee And Black Tea During The Program
In the initial introduction of the program, coffee/black tea was allowed but it was discovered that some people were not getting the desired results despite following the program to the letter. After investigating it was found that the common element was caffeine, so coffee and black tea was removed on the approved intake list. Please feel free to drink caffeine free herbal tea freely. You may also like to investigate a product called "Teeccino". Whilst I have never tried this alkaline coffee replacement, it is recommended by many of our team members.
Foods To Avoid
It might seem really innocent to enjoy a piece of no sugar chewing gum or soft drink but these chemical ladened items will hinder the effectiveness of the program. Whilst on the program it is best to avoid the following items: alcohol, artificial flavours and sweeteners, black teas and coffee, potato chips, crackers, lollies/sweets, biscuits, cakes, white bread, cooking oils such as safflower, sunflower, corn, canola and peanut, deep fried foods, high fat cheese, take away foods, excessive salt, refined carbohydrates, soft drink, sugar, white flour, white rice (use brown or basmati), margarine, processed meats, preservatives, packaged foods and fruit juices.

Exercising and sweating each day will improve your metabolism, burn fat, create glowing skin, prevent colds and infections, aid the removal of impurities, help regulate your body temperature and improve body function and muscle tone.
